Overview

　　Sichuan Apollo Solar Science & Technology Co., Ltd is a wholly foreign owned enterprise, which is set up by U.S. Apollo Solar Energy, Inc. Its business management is in accordance with the foreign-owned enterprise’s mode of management.  The company’s registered capital is 100 million yuan. Sichuan Xinlong Tellurium Industry & Technique Development Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of the company.

　　Supported by the first international independent Te & Bi mine and the biggest high-purity metal manufacturing base in Asia ,the company has constructed the solar photovoltaic industry garden, the core materials of solar photovoltaic cell manufacturing base  and the product line of solar cell(CdTe thin film), located in the southwest airport economic development zone, Shuangliu ,Chengdu, China.

　　Our mainly produts: CdTe Thin film solar cell and all kinds of solar illuminations, 5～7N high-purity Te、Cd、In、Se、Ga、Sb and so on, 5N high-purity CdTe/CdS solar cell with light/electricity switching efficiency, low cost, long lifespan, etc.

Resources Advantage

　　We possess of Dashuigou (independent Te &Bi mine) , contained proved reserves of tellurium about 281ＭT and huge total reserves. It supplies us ample core raw material of thin film solar cell.

Manpower & Technology

　　There are 80 staffs in our company, 65% are college graduates or higher background. We have 9 senior specialists and consultants, 7 kinds of patent private of high-purity metal manufacturing technology & new non-patent private technology. Advantages of manpower and technologies provide the best basis for technology innovation and industrialization development.

　　Independent scientific research combined with technology brought in and innovation, we devised the technique of hydrometallurgy to manufacture high purity Te and the technic – compound CdS and liquid CdTe to be the solar cell, which is international advanced. As the precedent in our country, we have our own private intellectual property, meanwhile, we bring in the best techniques and facilities to solve our technologic problems.

Manufacturing Capacity

　　Now we have a product line of high purity CdTe(core  material of solar cell) ,and the manufacturing capacity of 5N Cd reaches 40MT/YR, 5N Te 40MT/YR and CdTe 5MT/YR. At present, in the southwest airport economic development zone, shuangliu, Chengdu, China, the company has invested ￥312M to establish a product line with the manufacturing capacity of CdTe reaches 50MT per year and a product line with the annual Manufacturing Capacity of CdTe solar cell reaches 5MW.

　　Main products: solar cell (CdTe & CdS), CdTe and other high purity metal compound, high purity Te, Bi and other metals. Otherwise, the exploitation and melting of Te and Bi are our operations too.

Recent Plan of Development

　　To produce 50mt of high purity CdTe per year, 10mt of High Purity CdS per year; to complete the construction of the product line of CdTe Thin film(5 MW); to become the national top solar power station in the thin film(CdTe) industry.
